-There will be a National Art Honors Society Meeting on Thursday, September 9 at 3:00 in Mrs. Patterson's room (D115). Bring your dues. We will be nominating officers for 2010-2011.
-Cancer Services of Gaston County is in the process of selecting members for its Youth Advisory Council. They value the thoughts and opinions of our local youth and invite your involvement. Candidates for the council should be interested in participating in advocacy work to promote the dangers of tobacco use and will be willing and able to attend meetings and participate in activities. If interested, see Mr. Bennett in guidance.
-Congresswoman Sue Myrick is seeking applicants for the 2010-2011 Youth Advisory Council. If you have interests in issues that face our nation and would like to apply for a position on the Council, see Mr. Bennett in guidance by September 8.
-For GIRLS interested in the Miss Forestview Pageant please see Mrs. Bruce in the front office for forms and information. First practice is Tuesday, September 7!
-The Forestview BIBLE CLUB would like to invite all interested students to Wednesday morning meetings at 7:15 am in the main gym. Make plans to attend tomorrow morning.
