-Seniors: If you would like to purchase a Senior Video which will be played at the Senior Breakfast you may do so for a cost of $5.00 but you must place your order by Wednesday, June 4. You can pre-order your video from Mrs. Rouse in D104 or see Mrs. Bruce in the front office. You must have your $5.00 to reserve a video. Please don't forget to pick up your pictures from Mrs. Rouse-they are ready!
-Thank you to Mrs. Rouse, seniors and senior parents for the tremendous job they did to re-furbish the Senior Courtyard.
-All new and returning staff for the 2008-2009 YEARBOOK STAFF needs to meet in room B103 on Wednesday may 28th at 3:00. You will need to bring in your signed driving/riding permission slips if you haven't already and your theme/cover ideas.
-Students, don't get left behind...We only have 3 more days of morning and after school EOC Review this school year (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Remember if you are taking English 9, Algebra I, Biology, or Civics you are required by the state to pass the course AND to make a level III or IV in order to get credit for the course. Names of students attending will be put in a drawing for fabulous rewards. We have movie passes, free golf games and tokens, bowling, food coupons and more. Plain Funnel Cakes with powder sugar will be sold for $3.00 and Chocolate funnel cakes with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup for $3.50. You can purchase the funnel cakes during your lunch under the clock May 19 through May 23. They will be delivered to your fourth period teacher that day, to be served at their discretions. We can only sell a limited number per lunch, so come fast. First come, first served.

-Update on Jordan Graham, a 2nd baseman from East Gaston High School was hit with a baseball during Tuesday night's play-off game. He is still in the hospital and will need therapy to have a complete recovery. He has speech problems and some numbness.

Plain Funnel Cakes with powder sugar will be sold for $3.00 and Chocolate funnel cakes with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup for $3.50. You can purchase the funnel cakes during your lunch under the clock May 19 through May 23. They will be delivered to your fourth period teacher that day, to be served at their discretions. We can only sell a limited number per lunch, so come fast. First come, first served.

Yearbooks will be delivered by grade level and everyone will tune their TV's to Channel 81 for the Yearbook Video presentation. Students, please make sure you write your name in your yearbook as soon as you receive it! Seniors will be released for the Senior Picnic after they receive their yearbooks and after the video presentation. Seniors will be released by an announcement from the office. -Tenth grade students who are ready to turn in a project topic proposal now so that they can begin work on their products this summer should see Mrs. Green immediately after school. Her office is located in the conference room in the library.
-Our very own Foods II class will be selling funnel cakes all next week. Plain Funnel Cakes with powder sugar will be sold for $3.00 and Chocolate funnel cakes with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup for $3.50. You can purchase the funnel cakes during your lunch under the clock May 19 through May 23. They will be delivered to your fourth period teacher that day, to be served at their discretions. We can only sell a limited number per lunch, so come fast. First come, first served.
-Attention JUNIORS interested in taking Gaston College courses next school year. It's called dual enrollment. Mr. Bennett will be under the clock during all four lunch periods Friday and Monday. Stop by to pick up the forms you need to complete and return to him.

-Jordan Graham, a 2nd baseman from East Gaston High School was hit with a baseball during Tuesday night's play-off game. He is at Presbyterian Hospital with brain hemorrhaging. His family and friends are asking for prayers for this young man
-Any girl interested in playing VOLLEYBALL next year needs to meet in Coach Gurganus' room after school on Friday for a brief but mandatory meeting (about 10 minutes).
